2 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds

1. Combine oats, skim milk, greek yogurt, maple syrup, blueberry jam, flax seeds, and chia seeds into the mason jar.
2. Close the mason jar and shake to mix the ingredients together.
3. stir in the fresh blueberries.
4. Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy cold the next morning!
