Chocolate Chip Nut & Oat Bars

1 cup dates, pitted
1 egg white
1 cup oats
1/3 cup crushed almonds
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries

1. Put dates in the microwave with a tbsp of water for 40 seconds. This will soften them and make them easier to mash.
2. Once your dates are mashed into a paste, mix in all the other ingredients.
3. Bake at 350F for ~25 minutes.

This is a great grab and go breakfast bar 🙂
