My name is Brooke Bliss and I created BBLISS Yoga to share my practices and build a community through yoga. I completed my first 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja Mexico. After a few years of teaching, I adventured on to complete my 300-hour teacher training with Zuna Yoga in Bali, Indonesia.
I inspire to help my students gain physical strength, flexibility, and control of their mind and breath through yoga. I aim to support my students on their journey through yoga, meditation, and various pranayama practices.
I am a regular teacher of Vinyasa Power Flow, Vinayasa HIIT, Restorative Yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation. I teach yoga in a variety of atmospheres (Virtual Yoga for Check Point Software, London Health Sciences Centre, London Health Integration Network, Combine Fitness, and at local gyms, fitness centres, kids programs, and for various universities and high schools).
